NMEDAUK (formally ADAPS) - is the UK trade association for vehicle adaptation companies. Any vehicle convertion company who is a member of NMEDAUK are bound to a code of practice which protects YOU. NMEDAUK was established by a small group of adaptation companies (Cowal being one of these) who shared some concerns about the industry we work in and its image to the outside world.With this in mind NMEDAUK aims to .....
1. Provide its members with up-to-date information with regard to legislation and standards.
2. Improve communication with motor manufacturers.
3. Raise awareness of our industry and demonstrate that NMEDAUK members provide first-class products and service.
4. To work for the improvement in standards across our industry by working with both external bodies and member companies.
5. To provide a focused channel of communication with Government and other bodies and a forum for consultation by such bodies and member companies on both technical and policy matters.
